ODE TO PARIS
   In "Paris," a story of life and love in the city of lights, the ailing Pierre reunites with his sister and her children while awaiting a heart transplant. Getting to know his family again and observing Parisian life from his window, Pierre finds a renewed sense of the preciousness of life. 'TIL DEATH
   Academy Award-winning film "Hable Con Ella" ("Talk to Her"), directed by Spaniard Pedro Almodóvar, follows the bond forged between two men in the face of tragedy. Alter a bullfighting accident sends his girlfriend to the hospital, Marco meets nurse Benigno while visiting his comatose love. PEACE ON EARTH
   Based on a true story, "Joyeaux Noel" tells the inspiring tale of four strangers: an Anglican priest, a French lieutenant and a German tenor and his beloved singing partner whose lives are changed forever during a wartime Christmas. After months of fighting in 1914 as summer turned to snow, the unthinkable happened: soldiers came out of their trenches, leaving rifles behind to shake hands with the enemy. MANIACAL MADNESS
   Nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Film Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar's "Mujeres Al Borde de un Ataque de Nervios" ("Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown") follows the madness that ensues after main character Pepa is dumped by her lover Iván. The intensity culminates as Pepa's friend Candela reveals her involvement with a terrorist, Iván's wife pays her a visit with loaded guns and Iván is about to board a plane that Candela's boyfriend plans to hijack.
