   The first in a series of five films to be screened at the Miami Beach Cinematheque by Danish filmmaker Lars Von Trier, "Europa" is described as an edgy, dreamlike account of an American who travels to post-war Germany to work as a railroad conductor rather than serve in the military.    In collaboration with the National Center for Jewish Film, the Miami Beach Cinematheque shows "Being Jewish in France," a three-hour documentary detailing the history of Jews in France from the Dreyfus Affair to the presence of anti-Semitism in modern France.    The third in a series of films by Danish filmmaker Lars Von Trier being shown at Miami Beach Cinematheque, "Dancer in the Dark" is the story of a Czech immigrant who finds meaning in her life through classic Hollywood musicals despite the fact that she is losing her sight.
