MARCHING ON

   The March of Dimes holds its 12th annual "Signature Chefs & Wine Extravaganza" to raise funds for improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. BE A VOICE

   The Voices for Children Foundation, which works to ensure that every abused, abandoned and neglected child in Miami-Dade County has a court-appointed guardian, hosts its 15th annual "Be A Voice" awards luncheon. MASQUERADING

   The South Florida International Auto Show returns to Miami Beach for the third year with something for every car enthusiast.
