WALKING THE ESTATE

WILDLIFE SEARCH

NIGHT HIKE

   The American Diabetes Association hosts its "Step Out Walk to Fight Diabetes." The event is expected to attract between 2,000 and 3,000 participants for a three-mile fundraising walk around downtown Miami. 8 a.m. Begins at Bayfront Park, 301 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. ABOVE AND BELOW

   Kayak and snorkel the shallow waters of Key Biscayne and explore the protected areas of Bear Cut Preserve where land meets the sea. SEASIDE GARDENING
