CANINE ADVENTURES
The Miami Children's Museum hosts "Adventures with Clifford the Big Red Dog." The 2,500-square-foot bilingual exhibit transports visitors to the homes of Clifford, Emily Elizabeth and all of the residents of Birdwell Island, where they engage in activities fostering social and emotional development.Ends Oct. 11. FAMILY CARNIVAL
The Miami Children's Museum celebrates its sixth anniversary with a carnival. The day will include the chance to interact with Miami artists as well as the "Circus Acts" where kids can test their agility, walk the balance beam, play the ball toss bonanza, and climb Mount MiChiMu in addition to all of the museum's regular activities ranging from Japanese fish printing to sandcastle building. 1-6 p.m. Miami Children's Museum, 980 MacArthur Cswy, Watson Island. $35 kids, $50 adults.
