   The Miami Children’s Museum hosts the exhibit "Adventures with Clifford the Big Red Dog." The 2,500-square-foot bilingual exhibit transports visitors to the homes of Clifford, Emily Elizabeth, and all of the residents of Birdwell Island where they engage in activities that foster social and emotional development. ZOOFARI

   The Miami Metrozoo hosts several summer camps for children of all ages. The weeklong camps will feature tours of the zoo to help kids better understand the animal in its vast collection and education on wildlife preservation. Ends July 31. CULTURE FOR KIDS

   The Miami Children’s Museum hosts a collection of original paintings and sculptures by Alex Yanes. "Majestic Beauties" features bold, vivid images of Florida animals that are either on the endangered- or threatened-species lists. Ends Aug. 30. PIRATES OF MIAMI

   The Miami Seaquarium is offering an adventure for the whole family during its "Buccaneer Summer" with daily performances by the Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean. Performers will sail 30 feet in the air while kids can play on an inflatable pirate ship slide called "The Kraken." Ends Aug. 16. Miami Seaquarium, 4400 Rickenbacker Cswy., Virginia Key. DISCOVER DEERING

   During the Deering Estate’s summer camp, kids can learn about history, archaeology and nature through hands-on activities guided by the estate’s naturalists. 10-day sessions. Ends Aug. 14. $375. DRAMA CAMP

   The Roxy Theatre Group hosts summer classes in drama, singing, dance, costuming, production, stage makeup and more for children ages 5 to 17. The camp will also include field trips to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Actors’ Playhouse and the Environmental Center. 9 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. CREATIVE CAMPING
