HAVANA BOURGEOIS
   The Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre hosts the Florida premiere of "Havana Bourgeois." The play, written by Carlos Lacámara, explores the impact of Fidel Castro's revolution on the Cuban middle class through the eyes of the employees of a Havana advertising agency. Ends June 7. A LIFE OF SALSA
   "Celia: The Life & Music of Celia Cruz" returns to Miami after an international tour. Directed by Isidro Infante and starring Anissa Gathers, "Celia" tells the story of Ms. Cruz's rise from a modest childhood in Cuba to an international superstar. Told through her husband, Pedro Knight, the show vividly recounts her success and challenges during her 60-year career. Ends June 28.
