   A horrific Miami plane crash leaves only one survivor, badly injured. The next day in Los Angeles Larry Jones, a perpetually unlucky and pathetic man, is holed up in a motel after being bumped from his flight to Miami. As he watches news of the crash unfold he realizes emergency crews have mistaken the flight’s only survivor for himself.
