WILDLIFE SEARCH

MOONLIGHT TOUR

FARMER’S MARKET

   Bayfront Park’s Farmer’s Market returns for another year, bringing fresh produce to the heart of downtown on Thursdays.    Every Saturday, adventurers can look for crocodiles and manatees on a three-hour journey over sea-grass beds and along the mangrove-fringed shoreline of Biscayne National Park. 9 a.m.-Noon. A TASTE OF THE EAST

   Learn about the exotic vegetables and spices used and the techniques needed to make authentic Vietnamese food. Recipes will be distributed and step-by-step explanations will be given on the preparation of several dishes.
