A TENOR AT THE CENTER
   José Carreras, who together with Luciano Pavoratti and Plácido Domingo formed the "Three Tenors," comes to Miami for an unforgettable night of music. THE ART OF ARNAZ
   "Babalu-cy" comes to the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts to bring 20 of singer/songwriter Desi Arnaz's most memorable songs alive again. The seven-piece band will perform such classics as "Babalu," "Cuban Pete," and "I Love Lucy." The heart of the show, however, focuses on Mr. Arnaz's on-and-off-screen relationship with longtime television co-star Lucille Ball. March 13-April 19.
