THEATER Thursday 3/5 THEATER IN UNIFORMGableStage at the Biltmore presents a production of John Patrick Shanley's "Defiance." The play, set on a Marine Corps base in 1971, follows two officers, one black, the other white, who are on a collision course over race, women and the high cost of doing the right thing. FAMILY DRAMA The New Theatre hosts a production of Tennessee Williams' "The Glass Menagerie." VIVE LA REVOLUTION The Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre hosts the regional premiere of the Tony Award-winning masterpiece "Les Misérables." Based on the book by Claude-Michel Schoënberg and Alain Boublil, the play tells the saga of social injustice and the triumph of the human spirit through heart-wrenching ballads and a powerful ensemble.
