WOMEN'S FESTIVAL
   The fourth annual Women's Film Festival brings together 50 films from 10 countries to supports its theme of "shaping the image of women globally."    In Alfred Hitchcock's "Rear Window" photojournalist LB Jeffries is stuck in his apartment with a broken leg. To pass the time, he looks through the rear window of his apartment at the goings-on in other apartment. A TASTE OF FILM NOIR
   The Miami Design Preservation League hosts a screening of the 1940 film "Contraband." The story follows a Danish sea captain and his enigmatic passenger who are kidnapped by a cell of Nazi spies operating out of a London basement.
