DOWNTOWN MUSIC
   The Downtown Development Authority and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation host a free concert with singers Chana and Afrobeta. The show's highlight, Chana, is an LA-based singer whose tropical sound can be described as global hip-hop, with touches of reggae and funk. 5:30 p.m. Bayfront Park, 301 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. RUSSIAN ROMANCE
   Seraphic Fire, Miami's professional vocal ensemble, brings a classic, Eastern European collection of music from the era of romance just in time for Valentine's Day. The concert, titled "IKON," includes music by Rachmaninoff, Tchaikovsky, Arkhangelsky, Tavener and Ippolitov-Ivanov. The performance will also feature a performance of "Prayer for Athene," written by Greek-Orthodox composer John Tavener and sung during Princess Diana's funeral. 7:30 p.m. Feb. 13.    The Deering Estate hosts jazz vocalist Nicole Henry during its 10th annual Valentine's Day concert. A LEGEND IN MIAMI
   Spanish singer and songwriter Julio Iglesias comes to Miami for a live performance. He has sold about 300 million albums in 14 languages and performed in nearly 5,000 concerts. While his rise to stardom came in the 1970s and '80s, his popularity has lasted into the 21st century with his recent appearance on "Dancing with the Stars." 8 p.m. American Airlines Arena, 601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami.
