CUBAN FESTIVAL
The Miami Light Project and FUNDarte host Global Cuba Fest 2009. On the shores of Miami Beach, concerts from Albita, Alex Cuba and Yosvany Terry mesh the sounds of their roots with influences from other cultures without losing their identity. Ends Feb. 8. AMERICAN CLASSIC
The Miami Symphony Orchestra presents its "Made in America" concert with the debut performance of "Chasing Light" by American composer Joseph Schwantner.
