CHILDREN Thursday 1/15 AT THE BIG TOPRingling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey present "Over The Top," a wacky and whimsical circus spectacular where audiences experience maniacal mayhem as Ringmaster Chuck Wagner and clown Tom Dougherty compete for control of a magical top hat that brings to life their fantastical imaginations.
