   This open-air concert on the Barnacle’s lawn is a seasonal treat for the whole family. Listen to your favorite holiday music under the Miami moon, sing along with Beverly Coulter and celebrate Miami’s multicultural heritage. 6-9 p.m. The Barnacle, 3485 Main Hwy., Coconut Grove. $10. THE FIRST 50 YEARS

   The Adrienne Arsht Center hosts a performance in honor of the musical movement that became known as Bossa Nova, a genre that emerged onto the international scene from Brazil. This performance stars three of the genre’s best; guitarist and producer Oscar Castro-Neves, Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Ivan Lins and singer/pianist Eliane Elias. 8 p.m. Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, 1300 Biscayne Blvd, Miami. $25-$125.    Alliance Française hosts French singer Annie Royer in a show about legendary-vocalist Edith Piaf. AN AFTERNOON OF PIANO

   The University of Miami hosts award-winning pianist Shai Wosner for the December installment of Sunday Afternoon of Music.
