CHILDREN Thursday 11/27 MAKING WAVESThe Blue Man Group brings a traveling exhibit, designed to unite science and art, to the Miami Children's Museum. In producer Stephanie Ansin's interpretation, time, space and cultures collide as the heroine tackles the challenges of her ever-changing world while the familiar tale unfolds with a tropical twist. 10 a.m. weekdays, 3 p.m. weekends. Tuesday 12/2 TALE AS OLD AS TIMEWith more than 4,000 shows entertaining 5.7 million people, the musical version of "Beauty and the Beast" comes to Miami just in time for the holidays. The musical opened in New York in April 1994 and has maintained the same story as the Disney movie released in 1991. 8 p.m. Dec. 6, 11, 13 and 20. 2 p.m. Dec. 7, 14 and 21.
