Sunday 8/31 BOATING SAFETYMiami-Dade Parks Department hosts Boating Safety Awareness Day in remembrance of their own Osmany "Ozzie" Castellanos, a former Miami-Dade Parks lifeguard, who died last year during a boating accident.
