SCORE!

   Dancing human puppets turn into reality television stars in "SCORE!" An Australian dance troupe choreographed by Maggi Sietsma performs the ballet based on reality television shows. Friday and Saturday. 8 p.m. at The Colony Theater, 1040 Lincoln Rd., Miami Beach. $18-$26.

FASHION

Runway show

   The Fresh Faces in Fashion Show is a runway show that will feature clothing by local designers. The event will include cocktails and an after-show reception. Part of ticket sales will benefit the Gen Art Foundation, an arts and entertainment organization. Saturday. 8-11p.m. at Poolside at Flamingo South Beach, 1501 Bay Rd., Miami Beach. $40-$75.

Film festival

   Screenings of new films about women and the arts will be featured at the second Women’s International Film Festival. The Ad-Eaters Night

Fairytale opera

Gables food festival

Coffee festival

Celebrating Hemingway

   Miami Dade College celebrates writer Ernest Hemingway’s "A Farewell to Arms." A book discussion will take place at noon today (3/29) at the Broward County Library Main Branch, 100 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale. The 1932 film starring Gary Cooper will be screened at 6:30 p.m. today at the library’s Stirling Road Branch, 3151 Stirling Rd., Hollywood.
