Grand Opening for Carnival
The Carnival Center for the Performing Arts will open its doors for the public today. The four-day festivities begin Thursday with an opening ceremony and dedication, a VIP reception and a concert featuring Gloria Estefan. A three-hour bell ringing at the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, 1545 N. Bayshore Dr., Miami, will also mark the celebration.
