OUTDOORS Sunday 11/27 MIAMI RIVER BOAT TOURPaul George of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida will give a tour along the banks of the Miami River where the Tequesta Indians settled. The boat tour includes sights such as the Miami Circle archaeological site near the mouth of the river, colorful tugboats, Haitian freighters, houseboats and drawbridges. Lesser-known Miami River communities, parks, restaurants and freshwater springs will be visited. 10 a.m.-1 p.m. $34-$39. RSVP required. Details: (305) 375-1621. Friday 12/2 'CARS & FISH'The Miami Performing Arts Center presents "Cars & Fish," a multimedia installation, the first large-scale public event produced on the grounds.
