Miami Dade College’s InterAmerican Campus will present a tango and milonga recital by Cuban singer Luisa Maria Guell accompanied by an accordionist and two tango dancers. The 12th annual Reggaesoca Music Awards will honor the top Caribbean music artists. The ceremony includes entertainment, educational seminars and the presentation of 32 awards.
