MUSEUMS Thursday 9/29 SPANISH COLONIZATIONIn honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Historical Museum of Southern Florida presents "The Spanish Colonization of Florida" exhibit focused on Florida's transformation through the eyes of Spanish explorers. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Mon-Sat and Sun noon-5 p.m. through Jan. 15 at the museum, 101 W Flagler St., Miami. $5.
