   The Miami Children's Museum offers Japan & Nature: Spirits of the Seasons, an exhibit for children and their families to discover and explore how the Japanese celebrate their country's natural environment. 'ISABELLE AND THE PRETTY UGLY FAIRY'
   Winner of the 10th annual National Children's Theatre Festival Competition, this musical fairy tale tells the story of a princess trying to break free from the spell placed on her by a fairy godmother so that she might learn the importance of inner beauty. 2 p.m. Through May 29 at the Actors' Playhouse at Miracle Theatre, 280 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables. $10- $12. FREE FAMILY DAY

BEAR DAYS
   Miami Metrozoo celebrates Bear Awareness Week with activities involving the three kinds of bears on display: The Sun Bear, Himalayan Black Bear and Sloth Bear.
