'Touch'
   New Theatre offers the Florida premiere of "Touch," winner of several national playwriting awards, by Toni Press-Coffman and directed by Gail Garrisan. 'UNWAVERING LIGHT'
   The GableStage presents "Unwavering Light," marking the 50th anniversary of the death of Albert Einstein and the 100th anniversary of the publication of his Special Theory of Relativity. The play is a fictionalized account of the years leading up to 1905, which have been called the Golden Year of modern physics when Einstein published five papers that changed the human understanding of the universe. 7:30 p.m. at the GableStage, Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Ave., Coral Gables.
