INTERNATIONAL ORCHID SHOW

SEAGRASS ADVENTURE
   The Biscayne Nature Center will present a guided tour by an experienced naturalist of the Seagrass beds. The program's catch and release
   program will give participants a chance to experience pipefish, seahorses and sea urchins. Wear closed-toe shoes that can get wet and bring a change of clothes.    The Historical Museum of Southern Florida presents a Miami river boat tour. FARMERS MARKET
   Coral Gables hosts the Farmers Market, including activities for the family and cooking tips from local chefs. 9 a.m.-noon Saturdays through March 26 on the steps of Coral Gables City Hall, 405 Biltmore Way, Coral Gables.
NATURE WALK

TRAPEZE AT EASE
   Bayfront Park hosts Trapeze-Experience, a regulation-size, safety-insured trapeze. Instructors offer classes for ages 6 and up. Strapped in a harness and with a net below, participants are first given a ground lesson and a warmup and then are ready for flight. 3-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesdays-Fridays; 11 a.m.-1 p.m., 2-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays through May 30 at Bayfront Park, 301 N Biscayne Blvd., Miami. FARMERS MARKET
