   The Florida Association for Women, Miami-Dade Chapter, will present a kick-off party in anticipation of their annual fundraiser, "Carnaval: For the Love of Children."    A three-part series of seminars on oral history and how to save your own history. Participants will learn about oral history and the techniques of recording and preserving personal experiences.    The fine art show will feature more than 250 artists with over 11 mediums including, watercolor, jewelry, oil and acrylics, glass, wood, photography, ceramics, drawing and sculpture.    Barnes & Noble will host a lecture and book signing by author Briton Minshall for his new book, "Ring of Angels."
