READ WITH ME

   Superstar Productions and Aventura Mall sponsor Read With Me Character Wednesday. FAMILY DAY

   The Jewish Museum of Florida will host a family day as part of Florida Jewish History Month. Museum docents will take families on tours and assist children in a scavenger hunt using the museum’s exhibits to find answers to the clues. A special movie geared for children that depicts the immigration stories of four Florida Jewish families will be screened throughout the day. 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Jewish Museum of Florida, 301 Washington Ave., Miami Beach. CALLING ALL KIDS

   Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden presents its nature club, Let’s Explore At Fairchild, for kids 8 to 11. Children will have a chance to explore the plants and animals at Fairchild and get involved in activities such as arts and crafts and panting. The program will end with a camp-in where children spend the night at Fairchild. 9 a.m.-Noon Saturdays through Feb. 26 at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, 10901 Old Cutler Rd., Coral Gables. $150 for eight sessions.
