GOVERNMENT

Monday 12/30

CONCEPTUALIZING GOVERNMENT
The Miami Art Center will feature the exhibition How Do We Want to be Governed? Based on the thinking of Michel Foucault and Lorenzetti's paintings, the exhibition conceives of government as an indirect use of power. Works of diverging methodological and artistic background are shown to communicate with each other through the medium of the exhibition. 8-11 p.m. through Jan. 30 at the Miami Art Center, 5960 SW 57 Ave., Miami. Details: (305) 455-3333 or www.miamiartcentral.org.

Tuesday 1/4
