Featuring three programs. "The Quiet Flame," aired June 21, 1964, examines a cell of the Pacifist Organization Committee for Non-Violent Action. "Upward Miami," aired late 1960s, focused on the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce's efforts to revitalize the City of Miami. "Wayne Fariss Reports: Partners in Crime," aired November 26, 1967, where WCKT staged various crimes, such as purse snatchings, while hidden cameras captured public reaction. 1-3 p.m. at the Miami-Dade Public Library Auditorium, 101 W.
