HISTORICAL NATURE WALK

   Miami-Dade Parks presents an opportunity to see animals in their natural surroundings. Tour guides will also teach about various plant life. 2-4 p.m. at Greynolds Park, 17530 W. Dixie Highway, N. Miami Beach. RSVP required. $3 per person; $4 per vehicle. Details: (305) 948-2891.

FAMILY CAMPFIRE

   Miami-Dade Parks will host a night walk and campfire. Park naturalists will lead a search for nighttime critters on park trails. BOAT TOUR

FAMILY DAY

   Arch Creek Park will host a family day of adventure. Attendees will have the opportunity to go on an archaeological dig and hike through nature trails. ROAMING THE ROADS

   The Historical Museum of Southern Florida presents a walking tour of the community near Brickell Ave, one mile west of downtown Miami. Dr. Paul George will discuss how the community has evolved since the 1920’s. LINCOLN ROAD FARMERS MARKET

   The market is on Lincoln Road between Alton and Washington avenues in Miami Beach from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Sundays. This green market features fruits, vegetables, fresh cut flowers, plants and specialty items like bread, honey, jams and jellies. Details: (305) 531-0038.

DEERING TOURS
