DEMOCRAT'S MEETING
   The United Democrats of NE Dade will host a meeting featuring mayoral candidate Jimmy Morales as the guest speaker. A representative from the Miami-Dade County General Obligation Bond Committee will also speak on the $2.9 billion Bond Issue. EARLY VOTING
   The City of Miami Beach will host early elections. 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday; 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at City Hall, First Floor Conference Room, 1700 Convention Center Dr., Miami. Details: (305) 604-2489.
GOVERNMENT ON THE GO

Miami-Dade County presents the Government on the Go bus. The bus will be traveling to assist in applications for passports, purchasing of transit items and voter registrations. Individuals may also obtain water conservation kits at any of the locations. 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. 29 at Jackson Memorial Hospital, 1611 NW 12th Ave., Miami. Details: (305) 468-5900.

1972 POLITICAL CONVENTIONS
   The Miami Beach Historical Association will hose a lecture by former Judge and Miami Beach Mayor Seymour Gelber. Judge Gelber will discuss his book "The Summer That Changed Miami Beach: 1972 Political Conventions." The book focuses on the summer of 1972 when both the Democratic and Republican Presidential Conventions were held in Miami Beach. 6-8 p.m. at All Souls Episcopal Church, 4025 Pinetree Dr., Miami Beach. A POST-MORTEM
   The University of Miami will presents a panel discussion of the presidential elections entitled "What Happened? A Post-Mortem." WATERFRONT FORUM
   The Urban Environment League of Greater Miami will hold a daylong "Miami Waterfront Parks Forum" to discuss Miami's downtown urban waterfront spaces.
