MUSEUMS Thursday 9/16 WAR EXHIBITThe Edison Hotel presents a World War II exhibit featuring photos, uniforms, letters and other memorabilia depicting life on Miami Beach during that time period. CHANGING STYLES The Historical Museum of Southern Florida presents the Changing Styles/Changing Dials exhibit, an examination of the impact of television on home design and daily lives of South Floridians. Vintage objects unique to the era, television programming from the 1950s and 1960s and other popular-culture objects and ideas that changed the American home are showcased.
