'NECESSARY TARGETS'
   The Women's Theatre Project presents the Southeastern premiere of "Necessary Targets" by Eve Ensler, author of "The Vagina Monologues." MUSICAL COMEDY
   The Actors' Playhouse presents the musical comedy "The Water Coolers," created by Thomas Michael Allen.
