'GRID LOCK'
   The Florida Moving Image Archive presents "Grid Lock: A Screening Series Looking at Traffic Woes of South Florida," which takes a historical look at South Florida's traffic and how cities need to help ease the gridlock. CUBAN HISTORY
   Casa Bacardi presents "Rompiendo el Silencio," a documentary trying to persuade the world to open its ear to hear the cries from Cuba.
