FINAL MAYORAL DEBATE
   St. Thomas University School of Law will host the final Miami-Dade County mayoral debate. The debate will feature the majority of candidates including former Police Chief Carlos Alvarez and former county commissioner Miguel Diaz de la Portilla. 7 p.m. at St. Thomas University, School of Law, Moot Court Room, 16401 NW 37th Ave., Miami Gardens.
