ARCHITECTURAL JOURNEY
   The Miami Architecture Project, a community education program, will offer six lectures that examine architectural developments in Miami such as Arquitectonica's "Miami Vice"-style building, as seen in structures like the Atlantis. THEATRE FESTIVAL
   The Florida International University Dept. of Theatre and Union Productions will present the Miami Theatre Festival. The Theatre Festival is dedicated to the promotion of live theater in Miami by bringing new works and artists to south Florida. SHARE CAMPAIGN
   The Hair Cuttery will hold its sixth annual Share-A-Haircut Campaign, a national program with a goal to provide 50,000 free haircuts to underprivileged children. Through Aug. 15 at all Hair Cuttery salons. Details: (954) 764-6011.
CUBAN ECONOMY
   The Institute for Cuban and Cuban-American Studies at the University of Miami will its 14th annual meeting on the study of the Cuban economy. The three-day conference will examine relevant economic and political issues in Cuba. 8 a.m.-6 p.m. today (8/5), Friday and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the Wyndham Grand Bay Hotel, 2669 S.    The City of Miami Beach will host Hot Wheels Cool Blues 2004, a five-day car and music event featuring Martini/Ferrari Night, a blues festival, an auto and art expo, a bikini car wash and a celebrity bartending benefit.
