CHILDREN Thursday 7/8 KIDSCENE CAMPMiami Dade College are holding a summer camp for children 5-11 that will focus on reading, computers and drama. Ira Sullivan, a Grammy-nominated jazz artist; Phil Strange, a prizewinning pianist; South Florida's Joe Donato; and other musical artists will instruct the campers. All musicians welcome. 'HANSEL AND GRETEL' The Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre recreate the classic children's story "Hansel and Gretel" as a musical featuring works from the opera by Engelbert Humperdink. The play follows Gretel, a poor woodcutter's daughter, and her brother Hansel as they journey into a mysterious forest that is home to fairies, the Sandman and a hungry witch.
