CAMPOUT
   The Miami-Dade County Parks Department will host a weekend campout and free folk concert featuring performances by the Flying Turtles, Malcolm McKinney, Murphy's Law String Band and Valerie C. BISCAYNE PARADE
   The Key Biscayne community will hold its 46th annual Fourth of July Parade, to be kicked off with a flyover by the 93rd Fighter Squadron Makos F-16s jets. Live music and prizes in honor of America's independence will accompany the parade. 11 a.m. at Crandon Boulevard and Harbor Drive, ending at Westwood/Fernwood Road, Key Biscayne.
