   Coral Gables Congregational Church will present jazz vocalist Tierney Sutton in its 19th annual Community Arts Program Summer Concert Series.    The Jesse Jones Jr. Quartet, headlined by Miami alto-saxophonist Jesse Jones Jr., will perform two sets of original jazz music.
