   Miami-Dade County will present a discussion by Merrett R. Steirheim, outgoing superintendent of the Miami-Dade Public School System, as part of its Good Government Series. PAINTING COURSE

   Amigos for Kids will hold Miami Celebrity Domino Night, a fundraising event featuring musical performances by Albita, celebrity players, a fashion showcase of the Lucy Pereda Collection and an auction.    MIAMIntelligence will screen the film "Dear Papa" as the first event in its By Herself: A Film/discussion Series, which explores the issues facing women in mid-life and beyond.
