'THE UNDERPANTS'
   Actors' Playhouse will present Steve Martin's adaptation of Carl Sternheim's 1910 comedy about the young wife of a puritanical bureaucrat who has allowed her underpants to fall to the ground at a parade for the king. The play addresses ethnicity, women's rights and a husband's ownership of his wife. 8 p.m. today (6/10) through Saturday; 2 p.m. Sunday at the Miracle Theatre, 280 Miracle Mile, Coral Gables. $35-$40. THEATRE FESTIVAL
   Teatro Avante and American Airlines hold the 19th annual International Hispanic Theatre Festival, a two-week event to showcase theatrical productions taken from the Spanish and Latin American stages. The festival brings the productions to Miami, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Homestead and Fort Lauderdale and features post-performance forums after each opening show. June 4-June 20. $25.
