'THE UNDERPANTS'
   Actors' Playhouse will present Steve Martin's adaptation of Carl Sternheim's 1910 comedy about the young wife of a puritanical bureaucrat who has allowed her underpants to fall to the ground at a parade for the king. 'COOKIN' AT THE COOKERY'
   The Coconut Grove Playhouse opens the season with "Cookin' at the Cookery: The Music and Times of Alberta Hunter," a musical biography of the blues singer told through renditions of her blues and jazz songs. 'REBEL WITHOUT A PAUSE'

THEATRE FESTIVAL
   Teatro Avante and American Airlines hold the 19th annual International Hispanic Theatre Festival, a two-week event to showcase theatrical productions taken from the Spanish and Latin American stages. The festival brings the productions to Miami, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Homestead and Fort Lauderdale and features post-performance forums after each opening show. June 4-June 20. $25.
