STRESS MANAGEMENT
   The MiamIntelligence Center will hold a four-week course that develops strategies to change attitudes, release stress, create goals and increase productivity as well as leisure time. 6-7 p.m. today (5/27) and June 3 at 2000 S. VETERANS MEETING

MEMORIAL CEREMONY
   The Book of Honor Inc. will hold a memorial signing ceremony for all those who wish to inscribe the name of a deceased veteran in the Book of Honor to be recognized during the ceremony and honored with a memorial certificate. Those currently serving in the military as well as their family and friends will also be acknowledged. 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday (5/30) at the American Legion Post, 303 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables; 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday (5/31) at the BPOE Lodge 948, 10301 Sunset Dr., Miami. POINCIANA FIESTA 2004
   The Tropical Flowering Tree Society and the City of South Miami will hold the 67th Annual Royal Poinciana Fiesta 2004. The Fiesta will feature trolley tours of historic homes and gardens, music concerts, children's games, lectures and demonstrations. 10 a.m.-6 p.m. June 5 and June 6 at the City of South Miami City Hall, 6130 Sunset Dr., S.
