REGATTA FUNDRAISER
   HospiceCare of Southeast Florida Inc., a non-profit organization that provides care for terminally ill individuals in South Florida, will hold its Hospice Regatta and New England Clambake fundraiser. 12-mile race for sailors of all levels, auction, Maine lobsters and live music. COMET WATCH
   The Southern Cross Astronomical Society Inc. will hold a free public comet watch. Viewing equipment will be provided for observation of Comet Neat, which will rise from the southwest and move overhead this month.
