The Ars Flores Symphony Orchestra will host a pre-concert Arts Carnival with an instrument petting zoo, face painting, crafts and food to be followed by a performance by the Ars Flores Symphony Orchestra that will include Franz Hayden’s "Surprise Symphony" and Engelbert Humperdinck’s "Hansel and Gretel." 12:30 p.m. at Nova Southeastern University, Rose and Alfred Miniaci Performing Arts Center, 3100 Ray Ferrero Blvd., Davie. The Rhythm Foundation presents its musical and cultural festival that showcases artists creating music that blends traditional rhythms with modern electronica sounds.
