SOUTH BEACH WINE AND FOOD FESTIVAL
   The festival will have world-renowned chefs and internationally acclaimed vinters who will present dazzling cooking demonstrations and educational wine seminars. There will be numerous organized events like the Signature Sunday afternoon grand tasting and the first Celebrity Chef and Wine Maker Golf Tournament. 2004 BACARDI CUP STAR CLASS REGATTA
   The 77th annual race will feature more than 100 two-man teams from 22 countries competing as preparation for racing in the Athens Olympics. The event will take place March 5-7 on Biscayne Bay, Miami. The Coral Reel Yacht Club and Marina and the US Sailing Center in Coconut Grove will serve as race headquarters. COUNTY FAIR AND EXPOSITION
   Miami-Dade celebrates 53 years of fair traditions with eighteen days of rides, food, games and exhibits. Runs through April 4. THURSDAYS AT THE FALLS
   Celebrate the sounds of spring this March with the popular concert series, which features a superb lineup of performances in the relaxing ambiance of the Britto Bridge at the Falls. DOWNTOWN FARMERS MARKET
   Farmers market is 8 a.m.-2 p.m. every Saturday on South Miami Avenue at Flagler Street. The festival street market specializes in farm-fresh fruit and vegetables, beautiful plants and flowers and natural products that range from beeswax to specialty sauces. LINCOLN ROAD FARMERS MARKET
   The market is on Lincoln Road between Alton and Washington avenues 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Sundays. This green market features fruits, vegetables, fresh cut flowers, plants and specialty items like bread, honey, jams and jellies. Details: (305) 531-0038.
ESPANOLA WAY WEEKEND FESTIVAL
   This festival is held on Espanola Way between Pennsylvania Avenue and Washington Avenue 7 p.m.-midnight Friday, 10 a.m.-midnight Saturday and 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday. Details: (305) 531-0038.
FARMERS MARKET AT THE FALLS

DEERING TOURS
