BAILA USA
   Fifth annual Baila USA Dance and Cultural Arts Festival through Sunday at Miami-Dade College's Wolfson Campus, 300 NE Second Ave. Four-day festival features dance, drumming and chanting workshops and lectures on the characteristics and evolution of dance and music focusing on the African aesthetic in Cuba, the Caribbean and Latin America, Brazil and the US. COLLEGE DANCE CONCERT
   Miami-Dade College's New World School of the Arts dance concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at the New World Dance Theater, 25 NE Second St., Eighth Floor, Miami. Free. Runs through Saturday. Details: (305) 237-3341.

Saturday 2/21

MIAMI CITY BALLET
   The dancers are putting on their own performances in a showcase titled "Our Show." "Our Show" is meant to give audiences a more intimate experience than the traditional theater atmosphere. The performances will allow the audience to see the dancers in their home studios. A reception with the dancers will be held following each of the four performances. 3 and 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 2200 Liberty Ave., Miami Beach. Tickets are $50. ROMANCE, RHYTHM AND JAZZ
