   Fifth annual Baila USA Dance and Cultural Arts Festival Feb. 19-22 at Miami-Dade College's Wolfson Campus, 300 NE Second Ave. Four-day festival features dance, drumming and chanting workshops and lectures on the characteristics and evolution of dance and music focusing on the African aesthetic in Cuba, the Caribbean and Latin America, Brazil and the US.
