'RUM AND COKE'
   Cuban American actress and playwright Carmen Pelaez's comedy runs
   through Sunday. "Rum & Coke" showcases Ms. Pelaez's dramatic and comedic
   talents as a writer, performer and director when she portrays a host of colorful
   characters - fictionalized versions of women she has known. Her characters include
   an aging ÈmigrÈ aunt, a psychic, a Cuban hooker who supports an ungrateful family
   and a former dancer at Havana's famous Tropicana who now works in the nightclub's
   bathroom folding and selling toilet paper. Coconut Grove Playhouse, 3500 Main

'BEAUTY OF THE FATHER'
   Nilo Cruz's "Beauty of the Father" at New Theater, 4120 Laguna St.,
